Private Professional Fiduciary is a broad term to say the least: A Fiduciary can act as a trustee, administrator of an estate, or as Conservator of the Person and/or the Estate.  A Fiduciary can also serve as Power of Attorney for Finance and/or Health Care, act as case manager and pay bills.

A California Licensed Professional Fiduciary can be appointed if someone does not have family and friends living nearby,  there is conflict in the family, or if they themselves know they want to hire a professional to help with their affairs. This is particularly true when someone may not be comfortable having family or friends involved in their finances.

While the tasks seem straight forward, a non-professional can get easily frustrated since the work is very time consuming and stressful. As a California Licensed Professional Fiduciary, Deni will be able to administer your estate when you are unable.

• Fiduciary services rate: $150- $250/hour, depending on complexity. Mileage not included

Deni is graduate of the University of Michigan and The Drucker School of Management.  She earned her Certificate of Fiduciary Management from the California State University in Fullerton.

Before becoming a Professional Fiduciary, Deni worked as a Project and Partner Manager in the lifestyles and entertainment space for Yahoo, Fox, and CBS.  Clients will benefit from Deni’s experience in the fast-paced tech world – it is where she honed skills and learned the importance of paying attention to details. She has demonstrated her ability to manage complex relationships in multiple arenas.   In and effort to round out her skill set, Deni  worked with a wealth management firm in the Los Angeles area , balancing  portfolios and helping with financial planning to meet client’s financial goals.

Deni has been a resident of South Pasadena  since 1979.  Over the years Deni has been actively involved with community and non profit organizations. She has been a Board Member and President of the Pasadena Audubon Society, Board Member of the Five Acres Auxiliary, and was a member for the Tournament of Roses for 12 years.
